As our items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please note, we can only address your concerns within 3 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to assist due to the time elapsed.
Shipping Policy
All ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days (unless otherwise noted on the homepage). If your order includes "pre-order" items, the entire order WILL NOT ship until the specified date in the item's title. Driftwood Corner Co and Driftwood Corner, LLC are not liable for lost or stolen packages. We highly recommend purchasing "Route" insurance for US orders to ensure protection. If your order is returned to us due to address issues, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. Customers must cover additional shipping fees for resending orders. Please verify your address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
